Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sendvanta (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

The Service

Sendvanta is a deliverability-first platform for running personalized outbound email across mailboxes you connect, with warm-up, reputation monitoring, and analytics. You are responsible for the mailboxes, domains, leads, and messages you use with the Service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.

Acceptable use & anti-spam

You must use the Service lawfully and in compliance with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, GDPR, and equivalents. You agree to:

• Only email recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.
• Include accurate sender information and a working opt-out in your messages.
• Not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, or malware.
• Not use purchased or scraped lists in violation of law, or send to recipients who have opted out.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that generate excessive spam complaints or bounces, or that put deliverability or our infrastructure at risk.

Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you (for example, sending your messages and computing analytics). We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing & add-ons

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor. Every plan lets you connect your own mailboxes at no extra charge; on paid plans you may also purchase managed mailboxes ($4/mo each) and domain registration ($20 one-time). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your workspace settings; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan. We may suspend or terminate the Service for violations of these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe, Google, and email providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific deliverability, inbox placement, open, reply, or revenue outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendvanta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sendvanta against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date; continued use means you accept the changes.
